    I like these exercises a lot. I would add dumbbell shoulder press. If you don’t one set to failure very slowly (five seconds up, five seconds down) you can see fast results exercising it just once a week.

    I’ve heard that you get faster results when working your biceps because the skin is thinner there and your muscles show through more easily. Either way, basic curls definitely make me feel more accomplished too!
