Some of you may know I’ve recently created my home gym in my bedroom. I don’t have any fancy lat pulldown machines or cable machines. Just a bench, squat/bench rack, and some dumbells. This means I’ll have to change my workout routine.
A week’s worth of training for me will consist of 3 workout-days and if the weather is nice some cycling or running. I’ve neglected cardio for so long now, It’s time to get that in too again.
Like my first routine, This one will consist of two workouts: A and B. Two Full body workout, A is focussed on upper body and B is focussed on the lower body. Every week will begin with Workout A following up will be workout B and The week will end with workout A again. Meaning one day is more focussed on legs and the other days are more focussed on chest and such. Make sure there are 24 hours between workouts.
I will (try to) weekly update you guys on my progress. Let me know what you guy think about my workout scheme. I’ll share my diët in the first update.
